Knowing what to expect is part of the treatment.
Every procedure has its own path, from day one to month three. This is the rhinoplasty example; each surgery has its own on its page.
Day 1
External splint and nasal packing for 24 to 48 hours; sleep propped up.
Week 1
Splint removed; bruising fading; back to social life around day 10.
Month 1
Light exercise; no glasses resting on the nose and no impact to the area.
Month 3
Shape well defined; the tip finishes settling at one year.

How I work.
Three rules I do not negotiate, from the first consultation to discharge.
Safety first.
An accredited hospital, an anesthesiologist in the room and surgical times kept within safe limits. No exceptions, no makeshift operating rooms.
Natural results.
No one should notice what changed, only that you look better. Proportion comes before trends and before what is being asked for on social media.
A timely no.
If a procedure is not right for you, I will tell you. Thirty years of judgment are for deciding what to do, what not to do, and when.
